LaRae’s established career coaching techniques derive from following her own heart and paving her own path that lead to her discovery of her coaching passions. She gained this insightful clarity after unlocking her own potential after existing on the brink of depression due to long-term unemployment and previous workplace dissatisfaction for years! She found herself not being authentic as her career progressed and continued conforming to the mandated workplace standard that impacted her leadership style, down to her wardrobe choice and even her hairstyle. During this harrowing time in her life, she received the ability to develop the courage to REFLECT, RECONNECT, and RELOCATE in order to blossom into the career she holds successfully today.

Upon relocation to Houston, Texas and divine intervention, her purpose became CONFIRMED. She dove into the career of her dreams and began immediately receiving endless texts, calls, and messages from former colleagues, petitioning for career advice and the strategies it takes to succeed in such a competitive world. She took her own advice and invested in her own business coach in order to fulfill her life’s purpose of launching a thriving Executive Coaching business. The rest is history.
